Water Polo Exchanges
When establishing sports exchanges, it was discovered that Kotor was the home of world and olympic championship water polo players and coaches. Santa Barbara had established its water polo program was one of the best in California. This led to a series of meaningful exchanges between players and coaches from Kotor and Santa Barbara.
